ATIC’s Australia Week in China, Opening Chengdu Office, Apr 2014

ATIC has joined with Prime Minister Tony Abbott, Foreign Minister Julie Bishop, Trade and Investment Minister Andrew Robb and Small Business Minister Bruce Billson in Australia Week in China 2014, a 700-strong business delegation, held in various cities in China from 8-11 April 2014. It is an invaluable opportunity to promote Australia, build relationships and engage with other business leaders. During the mission, ATIC opened its Chengdu office

Australia Week in China is a government initiative which aims to promote Australia as a trade, investment, education and tourism partner with a program tailored to major industry sectors. The AWIC program reinforces the message that Australia is open for business and genuinely committed to deeper engagement with China in trade, investment, education and tourism.

ATIC would like to dispel the myth that when it comes to technology, there is only a one way street from China to Australia. In fact, Australia has a lot to offer to China in terms of technology developed from our own expert team.
